When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the same day your SpamWall service is activated.


I have a question on my charges. What should I do?
First, go to account management and log on with your username and password;

Then, go to Billing and click on the invoice in question to review the charges; and,

Finally, if you still have questions, email us and reference the invoice number in question.


Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, not at this time.

Then, go to Billing and click on the invoice in question to print the invoice.

First, go to account management and log on with your username and password; and

Then, go to edit and change the necessary information.


I forgot my password.
Send an email to Passwordhelp@spamwall.net. Enter your email address that you used to set up your SpamWall account in the "FROM" field. We will respond with your password.


What if I want to change my billing period?
